Adele’s yoga classes are for everyone. Adele makes everyone welcome,you come as you are ,the classes are relaxed and friendly. She has inspired me so much that as well as attending a weekly class i practice yoga daily. It is my future to ageless health and the benefits it can bring including increased flexibility ,good physical and mental health. I am so grateful to Adele for helping me achieve this her yoga classes and teaching skills are amazing. I recommend you try her classes you wont be disappointed.

Took my first ever yoga class with Adele and thoroughly enjoyed it – really relaxing experience and Adele is lovely. The Dean Clough venue is perfect with free parking too. Looking forward to my next class

Beautiful, calm environment, a range of different hatha yoga excercises with reminders to help your posture. Self monitoring so that you don’t overstretch yourself, rounded off with a very relaxing yoga nidra… so relaxing!

I started pregnancy yoga with Del after a recommendation from a previous teacher who retired. In the lead up to lockdown #1 and the first weeks of covid before I gave birth, her classes kept me grounded and relaxed when the world was going crazy and I believe this contributed to my successful hypnobirthing experience. I’ve since joined her non-pregnancy classes and special events. Del creates a community around her classes where everyone is welcomed. I’ve recently started her Wednesday night classes at Dean Clough – it’s a beautiful venue, in an art gallery with easy parking.

I recently had the pleasure of a reiki distance healing experience with Adele. Even before our time together began Adele encouraged me to create a wonderful, relaxing space that was calm and comfortable. I opted for a guided reiki experience rather than a silent one so I had Adele’s wonderfully soothing voice to focus on throughout. The reiki healing itself was lovely – it was safe, filled with love, light & I felt cared for & nurtured throughout. Post the healing Adele ensured to touch base with me providing me with thoughtful suggestions on how to process some of the feelings that came up as a result. Adele has a beautiful gift & I feel so incredibly grateful to have been able to benefit from this. Thank you & much love to you Adele xx

I signed up to Adele’s Vinyasa Flow 4 week course and it was truly wonderful. Having practiced Vinyasa before it was great to break down the practice which allowed me to refresh and rebuild my skills. However, this course is suitable for anyone who is interested in exploring the style of Vinyasa. Adele is a kind and compassionate teacher who makes everyone feel valued in her classes.

4 really wonderful sessions with Adele and the rest of the group doing the Vinyasa Yoga Flow course. It was good to explore this side of yoga, away from the usual (very lovely!) Hatha classes taught. As always Adele made me feel comfortable and at ease within my own practice, encouraging and always reassuring – ‘No shoulds or coulds’! I’ve been coming to her classes for 4.5 years now and I always recommend Adele to anyone looking to explore yoga for the first time or those more experienced in search of a teacher – she’s an all round lovely person and a magical teacher to. I will definitely look forward to attending any future mini courses held with Adele alongside my usual classes / videos ✨

I have been going to Adele’s yoga classes on and off for a few years. Adele’s classes are welcoming whatever your ability and whether or not you have ever done yoga previously. Her voice is soothing. The classes are amazing. Sooo relaxing and an hour of blissful “me “ time . A friend has been ill recently so I organised a couple of 1:1 sessions to help her relax and find some head space .I can honestly say Adele is truly kind warm and sincere which makes her classes so enjoyable. Highly recommended. Please take a look at her classes and special courses. The sleep relaxation course at the beginning of the year really helped ease my disturbed sleep patterns. There are also more active hatha classes if you’re looking for more challenge .cannot recommend Adele enough .
