Yoga with Adele is something that sustains me through the juggle of working alongside being mum, wife and homemaker. Whilst these aspects of life are truly rewarding, the juggle can result in increased tension and little space to breathe!
Adele’s practices help me to release that tension through perfectly guided breath work and yoga poses. It feels so wonderful to be welcomed warmly by Adele in each class and to have that time just to be ‘Me’. I find the classes nourishing and strengthening for my mind and body and have a wonderful sense of my body thanking me after every class!
Yoga with Adele is one my favourite acts of kindness towards myself and one that, ultimately helps me to breathe, stay grounded and be kind to myself and those around me. Jo
