My wife suggested doing yoga as something we could do together. So I rather sceptically went along to my first class. Fair to say Adele hooked me in right from the off with her calming manner. I thoroughly enjoyed my first class and have been attending regularly now for nearly three years. These classes have had massive benefits for me, both mentally and physically.

I run approx 1000 miles a year and was regularly visiting a physio and sports massage therapist to deal with various pulls, strains and aches! Since starting yoga 3 years ago, I have been maybe 2 or 3 times only; the stretching and breathing have helped me enormously. The classes also help me relax after some hard days at work. Adele is encouraging and engaging, and makes you feel very much at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend trying a class with her and see how you get on. Gareth

I have been practising yoga with Adele for three years now and can honestly say that I’ve enjoyed every session! I started the classes because I wanted to increase my strength and fitness and whilst I have achieved both these things, I have gained much more.

I have suffered from a stiff neck for a long time and the yoga has really helped to ease this and I haven’t had to visit a physio for over two years. My flexibility has greatly improved and I’ve gained strength, particularly in my legs which has really helped my outdoor swimming hobby. Added to all of this, I find the sessions calming and grounding which has been especially useful during the difficult lock down days. Adele has a lovely approach and style, she is friendly, calming, encouraging and inclusive; everything you want in a teacher. Claire
