Find and create some space within – for mind, body and breath

Are you longing to find some head space?
Is the busyness of life building and giving you a headache?
When the mind gets full, the body tightens up and almost retreats inwards, have you noticed that? If the answer is yes and you resonate, you may like to enjoy this space creating practice for mind, body and breath.

I’ve recorded this practice to find space within. Alongside accessing space (ether) through mudra (hand gestures), asana (poses), pranayama (breathing practices) and visualisations – we also weave in the connection to the Throat chakra, Visuddha. This chakra’s element is also ether, and we access space through practices associated with this communication chakra.
