From time to time it can be interesting to check in with your elements.
We’re all made up of the same elements that you experience in nature – Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Space. And so building your connection with the elements within, whether you’re in balance or out of balance, can be incredible useful and insightful.
I’ve added a practice to our library on exactly this, on gaining a deeper understanding of the Ether element through breathing, mudras, asana (poses) and mind practices. Within it we explore the 5th chakra, the throat chakra, as its intimate connections with your Ether element. Throat chakra practices include poses such as bridge, shoulderstand and fish pose.
Suitable for all abilities.
