Fancy a trio of mini yoga practices?

You shared with me your interest in some mini practices, and here I am with a collection of shorter sessions. These types of offerings will continue to appear on the site, as I can see the value of how they can wrap around your lifestyle when you can’t fit a 1hr class in. 

As well as the benefit of these session beings short and oh so sweet, they can also be a good complimentary practice as a before and/or after an activity such as running, swimming, football, rugby… any activity in fact. Try them out and see.

The trio of practices in this offering is:
– 25min Hatha practice for balanced hips (hip opening and strengthening)
– 15min Hatha practice for standing balances
– 16min Yoga Nidra for relaxation

When you purchase the trio  you’ll receive 3 downloadable videos and they’ll also be stored on the site within your ‘account’ top right of the screen.
