Hatha Yoga IN PERSON twice a week… come join me x
Namaste dear friends. For such a long time now we have been connecting across the ether, through ZOOMs, through recordings, and yet here I am with the info on how you can join in with Hatha -IN PERSON at our beautiful venue, St Judes. For some of you I know this is hugely welcomed.  For some of you I know you’re all ZOOMd out, you’re ready to ditch the screens, and you’re in favour of the face to face intimacy of an in-person class. I hear ya!  One thing I’ve learned through our lockdowns is that we are all so wonderfully different, wonderfully unique. Yoga just offered ‘one’ way is not cutting it, and so Yoga ‘your’ way is now the new way forward! I feel anyway. Hence this site, adelesyoga let’s you experience Yoga in-person, online, live or through recordings. I offer deep dives, 1hr practices, mini sessions – the variety and choice means there’s something for everyone. And if there’s something you’d like that you don’t see – just let me know and let’s make it happen 🙂 This post is about Hatha Yoga and the option to practice with me IN-PERSON. Here’s the detail of when/where/how to book on/what to bring etc…
