Namaste and welcome to this practice which centres on flexibility within your body.
The sentiment behind the practice is to bend and not break.
We take inspiration from the humble tree, that through all weathers  goes with the flow, bends to and fro, and yet does not break.
Let’s bring that sentiment into our approach to this practice? Step into it with that mindset.
As you move into this practice continually look for your ‘tingle point’ where you access a shift. Find this within each pose and influence your flexibility.
Remember not to push, there should be no need to push, instead look for ease in your practice.
This is an holistic practice for the whole body, the breath and mind will enjoy being soothed also.
