This practice aims to bring some balance, nourishment and self-care to your every layer.
It’s holistic in that it’s for every part of you – it’s for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Remember before you come to the mat and practice, that there’s no expectations, no shoulds – instead you let the practice meet you where you’re at.
I tend to offer many modifications throughout my teachings, so that you can feel your way in to what’s appropriate for you in that moment.
So feel free to set up your space, lessen the distraction, luxuriate in this precious time for yourself.
