Namaste and welcome to an elemental practice.
We don’t always consider the elements within, we tend to think of the elements in nature.
We see and experience through our senses the 5 major elements in nature.
You might feel the wind in your hair, the warm sun on your face, the earth as you walk through a freshly rained upon woodland (ahhh sniff that wonderful earthy aroma!), the serenity and tranquility you feel as you gaze upon an expanse of water, or simply connecting to an energy within a space around you. These are all external experiences of the elements, but all 5 senses are also inside you too.
In this practice we journey into the elements inside, and enjoy resonating with our synergies to nature.
Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.
