I’ve created these shorter practices as sometimes you may not have the time for a full hours practice.
And so these mini practices are perfect to fit in with your lifestyle.
They can also work well before and after an activity such as running, swimming, football, rugby – an activity which benefits from a short yoga practice before and/or after it.
The trio of practices in this offering is:
– 25min Hatha practice for balanced hips (hip opening and strengthening)
– 15min Hatha practice for standing balances
– 16min Yoga Nidra for relaxation
