A couple of years ago, I was looking for a way to include some sort of relaxation / de-stress exercise into my life but in a more focused way. A friend recommended Adele’s yoga class and two years on, it was the best decision I ever made.
Adele is an amazing teacher, she is kind and patient. She creates a safe space for us each to practice in, be it at home as we currently are, or in a class environment. She is so encouraging of each and every one of us and understands that we all have our own abilities … what suits one person doesn’t always suit another. Adele’s classes are all about getting the best out of yourself and there is absolutely no pressure involved.
Her classes are a great way of switching off for an hour. I personally feel a lot calmer and more relaxed after the class, especially the Sunday night Yin / De-Stress class … it is by far my favourite! There is lots of focus on breath awareness which helps you to get in and out of poses but more importantly, it promotes a sense of calmness. It helps that Adele has a very soothing voice!!
If you’re thinking of trying a class as you want to find a way to relax, I wholeheartedly recommend Adele’s … as I say, she is amazing! Angelina
