Hi, I’m Carrie, and I would like to spread the word about the wonderful benefits of Yoga.
I am generally a fitness fanatic but a few years ago I had a brain tumour removed and quite a long recovery period after. It’s also let me with slight mental health issues. I started yoga and it has helped me in many ways – mentally and physically. I have also started back up with running and Zumba and this combines with Adele’s yoga has helped strengthen my muscles and ability.
Adele is an amazing teacher. When I first started I could barely touch my toes but after doing yoga weekly I am much more supple and can practically rest my whole hands on the floor now in my forward bend! I really can’t recommend it enough and you get an amazing night sleep after. Carrie
