Welcome to our new booking system – a hub for all your bookings whether that’s your face to face classes, videos to practice on demand, or your deep dive workshops… it’s all here in one place!
BOOKING A FACE-TO-FACE CLASS
To book a class with me, click on the ‘BOOK A CLASS’ tab (top right on every page of the website) and it’ll take you to a calendar view of our class schedule. Select the date and then select the practice at which point you can press ‘book’. You can pay for a single class or you can select multiple sessions (see PACKAGES below). Once booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation and you’ll also find your booking within your GymCatch profile by logging in.
FIRST TIME ON THE BOOKING SYSTEM
The first time you make a booking, you’ll need to register with GymCatch, and from then on it’s a simple logging in process with all your details saved. You’ll have a profile which is easy to navigate and has all your purchases in one place. You can ask the system to save your card details so that you only enter them once at the first booking. The payment provider is Stripe www.stripe.com. They are a large international payment provider and are used by a number of household names.
WHAT ARE PACKAGES?
There are 2 packages available which offer a discount on your yoga sessions. You can choose from:
- 10 Class Hatha Bundle £65.00 (3 months from purchase)
This Bundle applies to all Hatha classes in that you can choose Mondays and/or Thursdays and mix it up as you wish. The Class Bundle is valid for 3 months from purchase and saves you £5 versus paying for individual classes. ‘Multibook’ is enabled on this bundle meaning you can use your credits for you and others too such as friends/partners, making booking multiple slots much easier.
Once purchased, the Bundle is added to your account and when you make a booking it asks if you’d like to deduct a credit from your Bundle for the class.
- Unlimited Pass for Classes and On Demand videos £60.00 (1 month from purchase)
Would you like a pass that allows you to attend as many face-to-face classes throughout the month as you’d like? That same pass allowing you access to the full library of videos within the app, to enjoy a practice anytime and from anywhere. Then this pass is for you! Once purchased you have 1 month to enjoy unlimited access to all classes and videos. Enjoy!
Once purchased, the Pass is added to your account and when you make a booking it asks if you’d like to deduct a credit from your Pass for the class/recording.
WHAT IS ON DEMAND YOGA AND HOW DO I USE IT?
When you click on the ‘ON DEMAND’ button you’ll arrive at a library of my yoga recordings. These quality High Definition videos vary in subject area, duration and price – with most being £5.00 and access to the video for 1 week. You can sort and filter the videos in various ways and with an image and description to help you choose the right practice for you. Once you make a purchase you’ll get private viewing permission to access and stream the video live on YouTube. You won’t be downloading content, you will have the ease of viewing it directly on the YouTube platform for the full week from purchase.
DO I GET NOTIFIED WHEN A CLASS IS CHANGED OR CANCELLED?
Yes and more. All your notifications are managed from your settings in your profile once you’ve registered. You can choose to receive email or push notifications or both.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of a session you will be refunded by a credit to the package used to make the booking or you can use the credit to book onto an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Adeles Yoga. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
Prefer to do you bookings on an APP rather than via my WEBSITE?
If you’re an app kinda person, you can download the app ‘GYMCACTH’ for free, find me as your yoga provider ‘Adeles Yoga’ and schedule all your bookings / make any purchases directly though the app if you prefer.
