adelesyoga.com is an internet based yoga website for people who wish to learn or develop a yoga practice, breathing techniques, meditation and philosophy. adelesyoga.com takes pride in being a relevant, accessible, inclusive provider of quality yoga, through the creation of online live classes, recordings, workshops and retreats. This privacy policy applies to all operations of all strands of the offering at adelesyoga.com.

OVERALL PRIVACY STATEMENT

I take your privacy seriously. Because I gather certain types of information about users, I want to help you understand the terms and conditions surrounding the collection and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses the types of information I gather, how I use it, and how to correct or change it. These privacy practices apply to the Website that you were viewing when you clicked through to this policy, which is operated directly by Adele Wills Ltd.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES ADELES YOGA COLLECT?

My primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best and most useful content and services. ANONYMOUS USERS (NON REGISTERED USERS)

We don’t store any personal information for anonymous user accounts.

MEMBER ACCOUNTS (REGISTERED USERS):

Name: This is used to personalise your experience and in any external communications you receive from Adeles Yoga.
Email address: I collect your email to contact you regarding your orders, the status of the services, important functionality updates and, where you have consented to receive such communications, contact you with newsletters and promotions.
Optional information: In your user profile you can share more about yourself by also adding your phone number and any notes on your own personal practice that you’d like to share. This information is optional and none if this information is passed on to any third party vendors at any time.

SUBSCRIBER ACCOUNTS (REGISTERED USERS):

In addition to the data found above in the Free Community Accounts, Subscribers also provide the following:

Credit card information: store your address, phone number and credit card information when you provide it to me and share that information with our payment processor. Credit card information is encrypted. I collect your physical address for invoicing and tax purposes. I collect your credit card data because I need to bill you upon purchase. Once you register with Adeles Yoga website you are no longer anonymous to me.

WHAT IS ADELES YOGA’S PRACTICE REGARDING COOKIES?

Your Internet browser has a feature called cookies, which stores small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to my site. You do not need to have cookies turned on to visit most of the site, although active participation in certain areas of the site may require cookies. When you participate in an online yoga class (private or group), you will click on a link provided to you in a private email that will direct you to the videoconferencing platform Zoom. adelesyoga.com is a customer of Zoom and is subject to Zoom’s Privacy Policy. The live group yoga classes are recorded for future use. You may leave your camera and microphone off so that no one else may see or hear you before, during, or after the class or session. The recording only includes the camera view and microphone of Adele the teacher, and may be viewed by employees of Adele Wills Ltd. Private sessions are not recorded.

Although Zoom links are only shared with the email address of those who sign up in Adeles Yoga’s system, there are no guarantees of absolute privacy with live or record sessions due to the nature of the internet.

Adele’s yoga classes are for everyone. Adele makes everyone welcome,you come as you are ,the classes are relaxed and friendly. She has inspired me so much that as well as attending a weekly class i practice yoga daily. Beautiful, calm environment, a range of different hatha yoga excercises with reminders to help your posture. Self monitoring so that you don’t overstretch yourself, rounded off with a very relaxing yoga nidra… so relaxing!

I started pregnancy yoga with Del after a recommendation from a previous teacher who retired. In the lead up to lockdown #1 and the first weeks of covid before I gave birth, her classes kept me grounded and relaxed when the world was going crazy and I believe this contributed to my successful hypnobirthing experience. I’ve since joined her non-pregnancy classes and special events. Del creates a community around her classes where everyone is welcomed. I’ve recently started her Wednesday night classes at Dean Clough – it’s a beautiful venue, in an art gallery with easy parking.

I recently had the pleasure of a reiki distance healing experience with Adele. Even before our time together began Adele encouraged me to create a wonderful, relaxing space that was calm and comfortable. I opted for a guided reiki experience rather than a silent one so I had Adele’s wonderfully soothing voice to focus on throughout. The reiki healing itself was lovely – it was safe, filled with love, light & I felt cared for & nurtured throughout. Post the healing Adele ensured to touch base with me providing me with thoughtful suggestions on how to process some of the feelings that came up as a result. Adele has a beautiful gift & I feel so incredibly grateful to have been able to benefit from this. Thank you & much love to you Adele xx

I signed up to Adele’s Vinyasa Flow 4 week course and it was truly wonderful. Having practiced Vinyasa before it was great to break down the practice which allowed me to refresh and rebuild my skills. However, this course is suitable for anyone who is interested in exploring the style of Vinyasa. Adele is a kind and compassionate teacher who makes everyone feel valued in her classes.

4 really wonderful sessions with Adele and the rest of the group doing the Vinyasa Yoga Flow course. It was good to explore this side of yoga, away from the usual (very lovely!) Hatha classes taught. As always Adele made me feel comfortable and at ease within my own practice, encouraging and always reassuring – ‘No shoulds or coulds’! I’ve been coming to her classes for 4.5 years now and I always recommend Adele to anyone looking to explore yoga for the first time or those more experienced in search of a teacher – she’s an all round lovely person and a magical teacher to. I will definitely look forward to attending any future mini courses held with Adele alongside my usual classes / videos ✨

I have been going to Adele’s yoga classes on and off for a few years. Adele’s classes are welcoming whatever your ability and whether or not you have ever done yoga previously. Her voice is soothing. The classes are amazing. Sooo relaxing and an hour of blissful “me “ time . A friend has been ill recently so I organised a couple of 1:1 sessions to help her relax and find some head space .I can honestly say Adele is truly kind warm and sincere which makes her classes so enjoyable. Highly recommended. Please take a look at her classes and special courses. The sleep relaxation course at the beginning of the year really helped ease my disturbed sleep patterns. There are also more active hatha classes if you’re looking for more challenge .cannot recommend Adele enough .

Let’s go!
