About St Jude’s Classes
Expect a warm welcome and a very lovely space to practice yoga. St Jude’s is a quiet location with a good energy when you walk into the room. There’s ample space for 20-30 students and all the usual facilities that you’d expect such as free on-site parking; accessible entrance; toilets; kitchen for water refills; space for bikes for those cycling to class; and good warmth through the colder months.

Enjoy a regular weekly yoga practice with Lisa. Enjoy a style of yoga which is for all abilities including complete beginners. There is free on-site parking (you can park on the zig zag yellow lines outside the school as our class runs after school hours); accessible entrance; toilets; kitchen for water refills; space for bikes for those cycling to class; and good warmth through the colder months.

About Dean Clough Classes
This is a super creative and yet calm space to practice yoga in, and offers a more central Halifax location. It enjoys a relatively easy access route from the local bus station. This venue might be a good fit for those that live or work in the town centre, with a start time of 5.45pm – a post work practice to release the stresses of the day maybe. The parking at Dean Clough is free from 5pm.
This class, as with all Adeles Yoga practices, are suitable for all abilities, for every body and everybody including complete beginners.
