Namaste, and welcome to December (Yes, I am indeed a little late the party :))

I’m back! Oooh it feels good! Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst I’ve been out of action. I practiced what I often invite you guys to do – to fully rest, restore and recover when you’re completely out of balance. The outcome… the sparkle is back! It’s only now that can I get back to offering you good energy and quality yoga. And so a couple of updates for you….

I am in the process of rescheduling this event, getting all those who were involved in the celebration re-booked for our night of treats and joy! Once I have it all coordinated I’ll message all who’ve booked on to see if the rescheduled date works for you – in which case your booking will simply be moved. For those who can’t make the new date you’ll get the refund. I’m hoping to land the date mid/late January when there’s often a lull and a lack of umph – and so our party will reignite that inner shine and give us all something to look forward to. A heads up for January

More details to come on this, but just a little heads up here. In January Monday and Thursday classes will run as usual, I’ll be updating the booking system this week to ensure they’re all available for you. In addition there’ll be a ‘rest and restore deep relaxation’ course, this will be a 5 week course starting in January. The course is about instilling the tools (breath, floor based asana/movement, yoga nidra relaxations) so that you can create a self-care ritual for yourself. This will be on the booking system by the end of Dec, it’ll be on Thursdays, 8.15pm-9pm (45min session).
