Celebrating ten years of yoga together

Celebrating ten years of yoga together

As many of you know, 2022 marks 10 years of Adeles Yoga.  I have lots of things planned over the next few weeks to mark the occasion, so I’ve created a page on the website to bring all of it together. Keep reading to find out more!

Real yoga changing real people

It was really important to me that I marked ten years in business by celebrating the wonderful community we’ve built together – after all, my business wouldn’t be here without you! So, on my new webpage you’ll find some inspiring case studies from students past and present who have used yoga to improve their health and wellbeing.

A big thank you to Liz, Bob and Carrie for allowing me to share their stories with you. Take a look.

If you’d like to share your story about the life-enhancing benefits of yoga, please do get in touch. Everyone has their own unique reasons for finding yoga. I’d love to inspire more people to discover its joy by sharing your special experience. Drop me a line at: adele@adelesyoga.com.

Real business growth

I’m so proud to say that what began as a local yoga class has since expanded to offer a range of wellbeing initiatives, supporting over 1,000 people in our local community and beyond. Alongside yoga classes, I’ve also grown my business to offer an on-demand video library, 1:1 tuition, and deep dive workshops and retreats throughout the year.

I’ve also worked with the fantastic Community Foundation for Calderdale to deliver my ‘Love Your body course and partnered with Healthy Minds Calderdale on their Calderdale Cares 4 Us programme, providing public and voluntary sector workers with yoga and other wellbeing support during the pandemic. It’s been quite the ride!

There’s lots more to come from me too which I’ll be sharing in an upcoming blog post – so keep your eyes peeled!

Real celebrations

Finally, just a quick reminder to book your place for my celebration event on 11 November. The night is time for treats, laughter, joy and togetherness. I’d absolutely love to see you there but there are only a handful of places left so don’t miss out.
